CAF has released the shortlist for African Player of the Year, Salah, Osimhen and Hakimi

CAF released a shortlist of African players of the year 2023: Mohamed Salah Achraf Hakimi and Victor Osimhen. For the women’s awards, Asisat Oshaala, Thembi Kgatlana, and Barbara are competing.
The Confederation of African Football revealed the nominees ahead of its annual award ceremony which will happen on Monday in Marrakech, Morocco.

The voting is being done by media captains coaches of national teams the African Soccer Body tech committee, and additionally, the teams that took part in continental matches, according to an announcement made by CAF.
The three nominees have played well and it is so unpredictable who will win the award.
