Don Lemon, the former host of CNN’s ‘ Tonight’ remarked that Michelle Obama is considerably “better looking” than Melania Trump.
Lemon has a record of controversial comments. In December 2022, he had an onscreen contention with Kaitlan Collins and co-anchors Poppy Harlow following pay unfairness in women’s sports, where he asserted, “People are more interested in the men.”
Also, on February 19, 2023, Lemon remarked on Nikki Haley’s call for “required mental competency examinations for politicians over 75,” expressing affliction with age-related talks. He controversially stated, “Nikki Haley isn’t in her peak, sorry. A woman is assumed to be in her prime in her 20s and 30s and maybe 40s,” further fueling public scrutiny.
